On November 18, 2024, the Career Development Center/ DoS at Tishk International University, in collaboration with iCenter (Authorized Apple Reseller), the Architecture Engineering, and Computer Education Departments, organized a dynamic seminar and competition for the university’s students.
The event, which emphasized the role of innovation and sustainability in the future of AI, took place at the newly inaugurated Dentistry Building and saw an enthusiastic turnout of students, faculty, and staff.

The gathering opened with speeches from representatives of Tishk International University and iCenter, followed by two enlightening seminars focusing on the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI):

  1. Mr. Rebin Mohammed from the Computer Education Department discussed the general features and future potential of AI, emphasizing how this technology can drive sustainable solutions across various industries.
  2. Mr. Shalaw Hamza from the Architecture Engineering Department explored how AI is shaping the field of engineering, with a focus on innovative approaches to resource efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The event culminated with an exciting General Knowledge and AI competition, where students tested their knowledge and showcased their AI skills.
We extend a special thanks to iCenter for their generous sponsorship and collaboration in making this event a success. Their support included the donation of incredible prizes for the winners: MacBook, Apple Watch, and AirPods 4. The top three winners were:
